On what do we build our life? In today’s world where wealth and power seem to be the measure of success, it is difficult to find the meaning of one’s existence in things unseen and immaterial. Technological and scientific progress outpaces our grasp of the world, leaving us without any rootedness, as if carried away by the flood of innovation and information. We need a strong rock to build our life on—this is the rock of the Word of God, steadfast and everlasting.
