Claretian Heritage Mission in China
In 1927 the Claretian Missionaries came to the beautiful city of Huangshan, next to the famous Yellow Mountains in China . There grew a small Christian community. Although the missionaries were expelled from China in 1950, the seed of faith continued to grow.
From World Youth Day to the seminary.
Kiko a 25 year old Chinese youth has just landed in Spain. He comes from Beijing to participate with many other young persons in the World Youth Day but with a clear purpose offer himself to Christ and His mission. He will expend the whole year in our Claretian Formation Centre in Colmenar, Madrid.

Today I doff my hat off to real heroes in the person of Claretian priest Fr. Larry Miranda and Fr. Pedro Cleofe who run the Claret Kindergarten School of Tungawan and the Calret Mission Center in Sitio Bangkal where we brought books to start work on what would later be a full-scale library borne out of the partnership of the Claret Mission Center, Kris Peace Library; and the Kapatirang Claretian Inc, a group of Claretian priests and seminarians I now head.
Art as Mission
Fr. Cerezo Barredo, Claretian Missionary, has spent most of his life proclaiming the Gospel with his artistic talent. A reknown art professor in his native Spain, he left his students and went as missionary to Nicaragua in the 1970s.
The Young Claretian Martyrs on the World Youth Day
The Archdiocese of Madrid has fixed its gaze on the young Claretian Martyrs of Barbastro as it prepares for the forthcoming World Youth Day.
