Commentary on the Gospel of
Jesus, son of David, have mercy on me! A very simple prayer that has been passed on to us from the Gospel to the desert fathers and mothers, and to the “Way of the Pilgrim.” Let our our hearts echo these words, as we constantly ask Jesus to give us sight that we may see the beauty and goodness around us, that we may see in others the image of God our Father.
