Reflect
• Jesus offer of himself is not only in words and deeds but total. That in itself is incredible. What is more tremendous is that we remember this regularly in the Eucharist. Does the celebration of the Eucharist affect us in such away that we can give ourselves totally.
Pray
• The Eucharist is the font and summit of Christian life. When was the last time you had a life-changing experience during the mass.
Act
• Make an act of thanksgiving as an expression of living out the celebration of the Eucharist.
